Coillte – Woodland Restoration EU LifeNature Website

“woodlandrestoration.ie is a website designed and implemented online by Copper Reed for the Coillte LIFE05 project team. The site is up and running for some months now, and we are delighted with the final product. The website has received commendation from our stakeholders who have used it and it has been considered a very good model for other similar projects. From a management point of view, it is very simple to update the content management pages which enables us to maintain the dynamic flavour of the site. Hand on heart, there is nothing I would choose to alter to enhance the site. Well done to Copper Reed.”

The project involved the design of the project website, W3 html programming, creation of lightbox photogallery and integration of our content management system.

The purpose of this website was to provide an online record of a four year project which targets the restoration of 550.8 ha of four priority woodlands in Ireland. The project is jointly funded by Coillte Teoranta and the European Union LIFE-Nature programme.
